Inches from the end zone, it happened third and goal at the one yard line in Super Bowl XVI. Cincinnati Bengal Receiver Charles Alexander grabs a slant pass from Quarterback Ken Anderson, only to be crushed by San Francisco 49er Linebacker Danny Bunz's game saving tackle that assures victory, making Super Bowl History.

"THE STOP" was selected in 1994 as one of the Top Ten All-Time Greatest Tackles in Football History, and in 1996 was selected as First Runner-Up for "Best Performance by a Linebacker" in a Super Bowl.
